We are always more than happy to help you decide on font, color, design, etc!  You can drop us a line anytime at hello@irvingplaceshop.com to set up a time to chat.  We can be available by phone, text, FaceTime, email or in-person! 

An electronic proof is a PDF of the final monogram or embroidery design that we will send you via email.  It gives you an opportunity to see exactly what the design will look like before we stitch - with the letters, colors, fonts, and motifs you selected.  If you want to be extra sure, or just want to see your design before it's stitched, this is a great option.  If it isn't exactly what you want, you'll have the opportunity to make changes, too.

Standard orders for in-stock items usually have a 3-4 week turnaround time.  Depending on the season and stock levels, we can sometimes accommodate rush orders.  If you'd like to request a rush order, please reach out to us at hello@irvingplaceshop.com.  Additional fees may apply.

It truly depends on the item - I need to see the item in person before I can say whether it can be monogrammed with my equipment.  But I am always more than happy to take a look and always do my best to accommodate outside requests.
