Because all of our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please take your time and carefully confirm all spelling, fonts, placements and thread colors when placing your order.  We are always happy to send an electronic proof of your embroidery choices if you'd like to confirm your selections.  If you'd like us to help you with colors, fonts, or styles, we are more than happy to schedule a design session - just drop us a line at hello@irvingplaceshop.com.
